There are probably other reasons that you can think of why an outdoor workout would fit into your particular lifestyle, so now all you have to do is learn what kind of activities can be done outside.

Outdoor exercises has all of the benefits including one benefit that wasn't listed - they are hard! If you are up to the challenge and sick of the gym, give your body and your mind an Earth-moment and get outside and play!

These one-hour sessions are exhausting, but we guarantee you’ll see results. For anyone wanting to achieve higher levels of fitness, strength and endurance than you’ve probably ever had before – this is the session to join. Our sessions involve a number of different exercises that are repeated at a frequency dependent on your particular fitness level. You set your own pace and interact with the trainers who run the sessions to establish a level that’s right for you.

TYPICAL WORK OUT

Warm up & stretching are general activity that gradually raises the heart rate. The specific intensity will depend on your current fitness level where you’re energised, not exhausted.
WEIGHT TRAINING
We uise free weights that we bring with us. A work out for major muscles of the body.
SQUATS
Variations including Standing Squats, One-Leg Squats, Plie Squats, Wide-Stance Squats, and Overhead Squats.
STEP UPS
Using nothing more than a picnic bench, a piece of playground equipment, or even just a decent size rock, you simply step up onto your elevated surface, step down, and then repeat on the other side alternating back and forth.
UPHILL SPRINTS
Run up a decent size hill as fast as you can, walk back to the bottom, and repeat.
PAD WORK

Cardio-boxing is one of  the best forms of exercise, well it is because it conditions the total body and provides a complete workout for your cardiovascular and endurance systems. Lets have a look at the benefits:

SKIPPING ROPE
Bruce Lee once said that he though that 10 minutes of rope jumping was worth 30 minutes of running.
Benefits of Skipping:
One has to use the shoulder muscles as well as the forearms to keep the rope going. Skipping is excellent for building up coordination in general.I also find that my calf muscles get a much better workout skipping than they do when I jog.

Training in the gym is dependent on your particular fitness level. We use updated equipment. Gyms are available in SE24 Norwood and SE1 London Bridge.

We train in the park, at gym, in the garden, at home anywhere you like.
